These crepes turned out AMAZING! It says that it takes about 35 minutes to make, but it takes around an hour and 35 minutes, because of the time the batter takes to chill in the fridge. This recipe also makes a TON of crepes, so try cutting the recipe in half. Overall, the results were delicious, and totally worth the time.
Superb! However, because I did not read the directions properly, I made a mistake the first time and melted the butter until it was brownish so there would be a nutty flavor and added it to the batter; it ended up being delicious! I do it this way every time now :)
