  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 1/3 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

Great recipe! My son, who requested these for his birthday, really enjoyed them. Nicely spicy (not overly spicy). Be sure to take the membrane off the under side by putting a table knife between the bone and membrane, and pulling (grab the membrane with a paper towel).
