    Turned out perfect. Everyone thought it was a little spicy and i didn’t even add the chili powder or pablano pepper. I also made chicken but only marinated it in lime and cilantro. Cooked it right after the steak in the same pan so i caught a lot of the flavor came out great. Huge hit

    This turned out great! We really enjoyed it and will be making it again. The marinade was delicious and the lime juice helped the meat come out tender and full of flavor. We left out Bell peppers and went with yellow onions and white corn kernels cooking both at the same time until the corn was lightly charred about 3-4 minutes. The white corn is a slight southwest twist. Don't forget the jalapenos!
