Cookies tasted amazing. If you don’t like sweet cookies I wouldn’t suggest doing the extra sugar unless you really enjoy overly sweet things.

These cookies are great! I followed the recipe, then rolled them out to cut with cookie cutters. Rolled them to about 1/2” thickness and baked them for about 7 minutes at 350. Let them sit on the cookie sheet for another few minutes and you’ll end up with a lovely chewy cookie. Frost them with buttercream and you’re set!

I get requests to make these cookies all the time. They slightly saltier than regular sugar cookies and I think thats why they are so popular. The only thing I do differently is roll them in the fun colored sugars.

Really good cookies! Easy to make. The dough is a little sticky, but the cookies come out with a slightly crispy exterior and chewy on the inside. Made it as written and added a touch of almond extract. Will definitely make these again.
