I totally think it’s working and I’ve only been drinking on glass in the morning for three days. I’ve been feeling much better and even lost a pound! I think it’s delicious. You can mostly taste the cucumber and ginger. Refreshing!

Needs to be tweaked a bit. Too gingery for me but I can handle it. Maybe I’ll add apples or more banana next time. Went with the apple cider vinegar, can’t even taste it, so that’s a huge plus. Will definitely make again.

Fantastically refreshing! I’m new to the smoothie world and this recipe is light and tasty. Not sure about the Anti-bloat properties but it’s packed with super healthy ingredients.

I wasn't too sure about this smoothie on the first sip, but after I got used to the unique taste, I love it! The ginger gives it a nice zing. I am going to start making these for my cyclist fiancé after his rides, too. I think the electrolytes, potassium, and hydration will be perfect!
