  • 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 2 chopped fresh mint (springs)
  • 1/4 cup peanuts (roasted chopped)
  • green onions (sliced, for garnish)
  • black pepper
