  • 1 rotisserie chicken (skin removed, shredded)
  • 1 cup pea sprouts (snow, or bean sprouts)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 red chili pepper (small, chopped)
  • 4 flour tortillas (or chapattis)
  • sweet chili sauce (to serve)

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, sprouts, herbs and onion in large bowl.
  2. Mix lime juice, oil, sugar, fish sauce, garlic and chili pepper in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken mixture.
  3. Spoon chicken mixture onto chapattis or flour tortillas and wrap. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
