Really well. Added more lime, also lemongrass. Would maybe include more vegetables next time. Liked the bright flavor.

Really nice flavor of broth, which makes the whole dish delicious. Next time I will simplify the recipe using my Instant Pot. I would just dump everything in except the noodles, herbs, and lime juice. I would also leave the chicken breasts whole. After 10-15minutes at high pressure, you could add the noodles for five minutes just on warm. Then shred the chicken and add the herbs and lime juice.

I made this tonight, and it is so incredibly good! I used my pressure cooker like another commenter did, and it was super easy, and there is plenty for leftovers. This is a winner!

This is an excellent recipe and easy to make. I’ve made it 3 times and added black beans instead of chicken. Highly recommend.

This was delicious! My husband thought I had bought this soup from an authentic thai restaurant. He was so impressed that it was homemade. Definitely going to make this again!
