Made this today. This was the closest I have gotten to what I expect. I turned it into a soup and added zoodles. Thank you!

Tasted very authentic. Like something you would have in a Thai restaurant. Definitely has some heat.

It’s good. I make it about once a month but I add pineapple tidbits and bamboo shoots

Great flavour I used prawns in place of chicken , curry paste adds a nice heat to balance out the sweetness of the coconut milk

This was quite yummy and quick. I substituted the basil for fresh brocoli as I didn't have any basil (sorry). Would definitely make again.

I've made Thai food and curry paste from scratch and it's fiery good. Takes a few hours and trip to Asian grocery. This was delicious and so quick. I will add more heat next time.

I left out the sugar because I find some Asian dishes to be too sweet. It turned out fantastic!

Turned out really well. Very easy to make. I used tofu instead of chicken and added broccoli, and pineapples instead of sugar. Turned out really well.

I thought this came out amazing. I like my veggies pretty well cooked so I sautéed them first for about 5-10 minutes, then cooked chicken. Overall great flavor

a lot tastier than what you'll find in most restaurants! I like to add bamboo shoots, baby corn and lots of chili peppers, so delicious!

I would use apple juice concentrate to sweeten this dish instead of sugar. Depending on how your sweet taste buds are you can adjust this recipe
