Excellent!! My first try at Indian!! I quadrupled. Added red and green bell pepper to the sautée before the garlic and onions. Salt/pepper on the chicken pre-skillet. I used boneless thighs cubed. Added spinach just after pouring the whole coconut milk. Red curry powder added toward the end. I also needed a little cornstarch to thicken. Served with hot naan bread and steamed white rice. I’m dipping tempura shrimp in this sauce tomorrow!!

It was the first time I made curry and it turned out perfect! I added red and green bell peppers and it tasted just like the curry they make in Indian restaurants 😊

I will make again but need to play with the "extras", meaning the sugar, lime, & fish sauce. Also would add a couple of chillis to take the heat up a bit.

Best food i’ve ever made or tasted. I’ve made this for my family dozen of times and they never get bored of it. Also really easy to make as a beginner!

Delicious! a lil too much ginger for me personally but very easy dish to make and quick, pretty sweet with a nice spicy kick at the end definitely throw some jalapeños in there.

It turned out great! A little too spicy for my crowd, but other than that it was a hit.

Wonderful!!!! I was trying to re-create a favorite dish and this is PERFECT. Feel free to add vegetables, like potatoes, carrots, Green Beans or Peas. Sweet and Spicy. Served with Organic Brown Basmati Rice.
