It was delicious and unexpected. Easy and not time consuming. Healthy too.

Good flavor. Cooked the spaghetti squash in the instant pot and did the broccoli with red pepper and garlic on the stove. I doubled the sauce recipe, and it was just enough.

This was a great recipe to add to my collection. Thankfully I scoured the reviews beforehand, so I made a few tweaks. I brushed the squash with olive oil and salt and peppered before baking. Along with roasting the broccoli I added cauliflower, onion, peas, carrots, red pepper and extra extra garlic. I doubled the sauce, but had plenty leftover. I would add chicken next time. Yum!!

Good, but next time I will add a protein, such as eggs, or chicken. I will also skip the maple syrup

It was alright. The squash gives off its own liquid so the end result was very soupy. The broccoli was delicious though! I’d like the sauce and just the broccoli next time as a side.

It was so good. I also doubled the peanut sauce. Caveat: I used the recipe as an idea and made it my own. I cooked my squash in the slow cooker (cut in half, remove seeds, add water to bottom of cooker, and cooked on high for 3 hours) and then took the squash out into bowls and added the broccoli veggie mix (onions, broccoli and zucchini) I made in the skillet. I also added cooked sausage bc my hubby requires meat. I drizzled the peanut sauce over the top. It was sooo delicious. Also, my hubby complained that he didn’t like squash before he took a bite and then was raving about the taste all night. Thanks!

Easy and tasty! Followed other recommendations and doubled the sauce, but otherwise made everything according to the recipe. Definitely need to salt and pepper the squash next time.

Pretty good. It was our first time trying spaghetti squash and we both really enjoyed it. I think next time I would double the peanut sauce and cook more broccoli .

This is great! Only adjustment I made was adding a bit of minced ginger and a pinch of garlic powder to the sauce. Don’t forget to season the squash!!! The sriracha at the end really brings it all together.

I added sliced onion with the broccoli and this is one of my favorite recipes ever!

Pretty easy to make! If you have a large squash, double up on the sauce (which is easy to do) I thought I had a ton of broccoli but it was barely enough, maybe I’ll add more or diff types of veggies next time! Perfect texture and sub for pad Thai

This was the first time I made this next time I think I will season the spaghetti squash before adding the rest of the ingredients

Flavors were well matched. Kid loved the peanut sauce so next time we will make double. Squash I found were large so it needed a little more broccoli.
