Good recipe but lacking a sweet note. I added honey to mine and it made it much better!

my picky ones LOVED this! Definitely a keeper! I did hold off on siracha, for them, but made a different batch with it & pretty much the same. works for us!

Good, not great. Added some chopped unsalted peanuts just before serving along with a squeeze of lime juice

It was a good side dish. But the recipe was only good for two people. You would need to make allot for a normal serving for 4.

Not bad. I agree with some of the other reviews saying that it's too salty (might reduce the soy sauce next time). I fixed mine by adding brown sugar little by little until it was more balanced. Also waited until the end before adding the sesame oil.

Loved it! For some strange reason, we were out of peanut butter so I used tahini. Worked great! This recipe is super fast and easy for a hectic day. Next time, I will grill chicken and add veggies.

A bit on the salty side but so creamy and delicious. Will definitely make it again but I will try and use low sodium chicken broth and light soy sauce.

When I made it, I added a bit too much peanut butter. This made it a bit thick, sticky, and salty, and it was STILL so delicious that my husband made it the next day for breakfast. He increased the sriracha and kept the peanut butter the way it was written, and it was superb. Definitely had a slow burn, but I also had quite a bit, so that's to be expected. Overall, I absolutely recommend this as a quick and easy comfort food!

Really lovely recipe, turned out better than I anticipated. I added beef strips and broccoli to make it a full meal.

Too salty so I had to add brown sugar. served with beef strips; broccoli and snow peas. My 7 year old found it a bit too spicy but I enjoyed the spice. Will tinker with the quantities if we have it again.

I liked the concept, and added some strips of zucchini about 2 minutes before the soba noodles were done. My kids love PB, so I cut back on the soy sauce and also added some hoisin sauce to sweeten it up. It’s pretty good hot or cold. I served it with homemade fried egg rolls.
