I thought there was too much lime, going to cut back on the zest. I added some red chili flakes, butternut squash, zucchini😋

This was delicious, we made it twice in one week, once with rice, the other with noodles. Once prepping is done, very easy to make.

Best curry I’ve made! Lime zest and brown sugar worked a treat, we also added mushrooms, capsicum and snow peas.

Delicious! I used a paste that already had a lot of the flavors, but the fresh ingredients were an added plus. Super easy recipe.

It was delicious!!! I just add some Enoki and mini corn and my friends who lived in Thailand for years said it’s so local flavor.

This was delicious. I added Pineapple, and omitted the sugar completely. I also added red pepper flakes.

Excellent, I added lots of veggies. Had plenty of broth. Served it for lunch to my niece, who is a nut for all things Thai, and she said it was among the best she’d ever had.

great! I sauteed the chicken with garlic and ginger then added the curry paste, then added coconut milk and lime leaves and chili, then i added mushrooms,zucchini and red pepper to simmer. Yummy!
