- Combine all sauces and sugar, set aside.
- Add sesame oil to hot wok, scramble in the eggs then move up to the sides, add chosen protein, minced garlic, sliced jalapeno, crushed red chili's and stir fry until protein is cooked through, add blanched broccoli florets and slice sweet onion stir fry until onions are slightly translucent, add fresh wide rice noodles, soy sauce mixture, and fresh basil leaves stir fry 2 to 3 minutes until noodles are tender, bring egg down from sides and stir in, remove from heat and serve immediately.

I used baked tofu as the protein, didn't have broccoli but used red pepper, green pepper, carrot, celery, onion and bean sprouts as the veggies. Didn't have any jalapeno or chili's so added a tablespoon of sambal oblek for spice to the sauce mix. These recipes are all about the sauce and this sauce is very well balanced and it a keeper!
