This is actually amazing! I added green onion and carrots but followed the recipe & wow! This will be something we have more than once!! So easy, quick & tasty!

I used actual sugar... it says that sugar to stevia is 1:8 so I put 4 teaspoons in... Much too sweet so I kept adding the other ingredients. I would say do a direct conversion and taste as you go. All in all, great!

Solid salad. It has a nice sweet and spicy/sour bite to it. It was a nice change for me given I have a lot of food sensitivities to account for. I subbed in peppers for the onion because I can't have alliums and it worked but I bet the onion would be better so gave it 5 stars.
