it is amazing! We can't have noodles so I replaced the noodles with wild rice that I had already had in the fridge cooked... And I added some chicken. I am definitely going to make this again

I only used 1-1/2 of the limes and that was wayyyy too much. Next time only one lime.

The flavors are perfect. You can add your favorite vegetables decrease the stock and serve over rice or make as published as I did.

Delicious! We love Thai food and the noodles make it kid friendly. I like that it can also be vegetarian if need be, and it's still so full of flavor even without the chicken.

Used yellow curry to create a very tasty family pleasing dinner. Had to double the amount of curry because the coconut milk mellowed it out too much. I added red pepper at the end rather than sprouts and it was great!

I made this without the chicken, since i didn't have any. Otherwise i followed the recipe and it was really good. The ingredients say coconut milk, and then the instructions said coconut cream. I used the cream and it was creamy and yummy. Also at the grocery store i found rice sticks and not rice noodles but they are apparently the same thing. Would definitely make again.
