    Pretty good, but the recipe doesn't mention fishing out the chunks of ginger and lemongrass. I used rotisserie chicken and my homemade bone broth. It was a quick and easy soup.

    not to bad for my 1st time but a bit to runny for me so added some 2 min noodles to thicken slightly.
