2 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
2 tablespoons curry powder
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 can coconut milk
200 grams mushrooms
salt (to taste)

1Use a peeler to cut carrot strips.
2Slice the onions and chop the garlic cloves.
3Cut the pepper into strips or cubes.
4Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
5In a wok, heat oil and saute onions.
6Add chicken, saute on all sides.
7Add all the carrots, onions, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, curry, soy sauce, and coconut milk.
9Lightly season with salt and pepper.
10Cover and cook 35 minutes.
