  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil (or grape seed, vegetable or other neutral flavoured oil)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (or honey)
  • 2 chilli (birds eye, deseeded and finely chopped, or 1 - 2 tsp of chili paste or hot sauce)

    I made this with leftover shredded pork instead of chicken, and the flavors of the recipe were excellent. My only issue is with the wonton cups. I love the idea, they are certainly convenient for single servings. However, they are just a little bit cumbersome to manage without a plate, and if they are crispy, they can be sort of sharp to eat. I will probably make this again but may look for wonton wrappers that are round.
