Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa (rinsed)
  • 1 cup black rice
  • Himalayan salt (Pinch of Pure)
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce (use gluten free if you are avoiding gluten)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (make sure GF)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced, more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt (Pure)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 mango (peeled pitted and diced)
  • 1 red pepper (seeded and diced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (coriander, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint (chopped)
  • 6 green onions (white and green parts, chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons raw almonds (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds (I used Eden Organic Garlic and Sea Salt Sesame Seeds..LOVE THEM!)
