1 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
salt
ground black pepper

Directions

1In a bowl, add the beans, coriander, olives, tomato, onions, jalapeno pepper, garlic, oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
2Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
