My favorite soup ever!!!

This soup was easy and relatively quick if you have all the ingredients on hand. I left out the rice, only because I didn't think I had any in the cupboard, I did. The next time I make this recipe I think I'll add some diced smoked sausage and of course the rice! This recipe is worth a try. I served the soup with cheese and sour cream along with come seasoned tortilla strips.
