Really enjoyed this Tex-Mex pizza! Instead of the naan bread I used pizza dough premade from the store and I barbecued it on the barbecue. If you try it this way you pre cook one side of the dough then flip it so cooked side is up, put your toppings on like the recipe says and cook it one more time. Delish!
