Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 14 ounces tofu (cubed)
  • 9 ounces broccoli (broken into florets)
  • 1/2 cup baby corn (canned, halved lengthwise)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 14 ounces chinese noodles (fresh thin, rinsed)
  • 3 green onions (finely chopped)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat. Stir-fry tofu in 2 batches for 2-3 mins each until golden. Remove from wok.
  2. Stir-fry broccoli and corn for 2-3 mins until just tender. Add combined sauces, noodles and onions. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins until heated through.
  3. Return tofu to wok. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins until heated through and combined.
