Nice recipe, but I think next time I will add carrots and mushrooms for texture and flavor. I'd like to add some herbs also. You could vary this recipe toward many tastes.

Delicious! I doubled this recipe and was still not enough to feed 5. I ended up using a carrot skinner to peel zucchini strips because I didn't read the instructions before going to the supermarket. turn out great still, a little fatter slices of zucchini worked well with the rest of the ingredients.

Really big hit with the family.
It was delicious! Will definitely be making this dish again! Not bland at ALL! The perfect amount of flavoring! I added a little Sriracha to my own portion to spice it up and it was just what I was craving!

For what I was looking for (a healthy side dish to pair with an Asian chicken recipe I make), it was really good. Low-calorie and an easy way to add some veggies to my day.
To be honest it was very bland, very boring and had no depth of flavour. We won't be making this again. To anyone that would like to try to make this dish, I highly recommend you improvise with more ingredients.

Super yummy and super easy! I added some chicken, using the same recipe for the teriyaki sauce, and added some other veggies and it was perfect!
Fantastic! Would recommend not using a lot of zucchini since it gets mushy when cooking!
Turned out really delicious!! I put a little extra teriyaki and soy sauce, but it was still amazing!! Super easy to make for anyone who wants just an easy meal.

Shows noodles but no mention of noodles in the recipe. What looks like noodles doesn't look like zucchini.
really good! used my mandoline to julienne the zucchini, which means the cooking time was shorter. definitely will make again-- my garden is producing tons of zucchini right now!

I liked this very much but I think next time im going to add the sauce before stir cooking it for 2 minutes so it gets better flavor. I made this with Honey Ginger Pork chops and it was amazing. <3
