I added just a touch of mirin along with the between sugar and forgot to add ginger. The added sweet without the ginger was almost a mistake but it still turned out amazing.

OK, so where is most recipes it’s always a hit or miss. But this recipe for teriyaki sauce is OMG amazing and is the best sauce my family loves it!

Tried this, turned out perfect for what I needed. It makes a decent amount that I was able to store in the fridge and use over the course of several meals.

This sauce is amazing!!! Taste just like if I had eaten in my favorite Japanese restaurant. Even my picky toddler loved it :-) Also, was soooo easy to make.

Great sauce! no more buying bottled Teriyaki Sauce. I did add about a teaspoon of ginger paste, and a teaspoon of minced garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Family loved it and stores in fridge well.
