  • 2 lb. country style pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F. In large bowl stir together marinade and marmalade; add ribs and toss to coat thoroughly; pour ribs and marinade into a large roasting pan, sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Cover well with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours, until ribs are tender. Raise oven temperature to 425 degrees F., uncover ribs and roast for 30 minutes to brown, watching to make sure they are not browning too quickly.
