Great flavor. Great sauce. Would use reduced sodium soy sauce next time to make it since I cut out 1/3 of soy sauce and replaced with water and still too salty for my taste, however, for most people the recipe would be perfect as is. I did throw the chicken in another pan to add some color by grilling it a bit

It was pretty simple to make, although the sauce took a while to reduce especially since it kept trying to boil over. Also a bit too sweet for my taste, but that's easy to fix with some experimentation with the amount of sugar added
