Description
This teriyaki chicken is made with just 5 ingredients and comes together in less than 40 minutes for a healthy and simple meal. Marinating the chicken in a mixture of mirin, soy sauce, and ginger overnight allows for it to become extremely flavorful and bold. Try this chicken sliced over a chopped salad or serve it in a wrap for a simple lunch. At 120 calories, this chicken is the great base for a healthy meal.

- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into thick strips)
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cms ginger (piece of, grated)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions
- Place chicken, mirin, soy sauce, and ginger in a resealable bag. Mix well and make sure the chicken pieces are fully coated. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours. Flip the bag on every couple of hours.
- Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the chicken and saute for up to 15 minutes, until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve on a plate with a salad or rice.

the chicken is HORRIBLE after cooking it come like your face colour. please come up with some new recipe i saw your face colour in the chicken i cooked so pls inprove on your cooking skills GET IT
