This was wonderful. I will make these again and again!

Turned out amazing! I only made 1 rack of ribs instead, so i decreased the cooking time to about 3 hours. The meat was tender and fell right off the bone! Make sure to seal the foil tight to retain the moisture and cook it evenly.
