Made it with asparagus and brown rice. My two year old found it sour. I might not make it again. Also, made it in the oven.

My son loved it but I did not make it in a crockpot. I put all the ingredients together in a baking pan for about 25 minutes on 375.

it was delicious but with 1 lemon instead of 2...It would be ideal for Saturday..My family really enjoyed it except for the juice of the 2 lemons

I thought this was dry and not particularly good. I did not want to eat the leftovers and would not make it again.

@ Anthony H. - it's obvious to me that it takes 5 minutes to throw the stuff together in the crockpot, and then it was a mistake, and meant to read 4 hours cooking in the crockpot. It's an easy recipe, as the four hours need no attention, like constant stirring or turning over and basting as with oven cooking.
