  • 5 garlic cloves (finely chopped/ crushed)
  • 1 inch ginger (piece of, grated)
  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped, you may adjust accordingly)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder (Kashmiri)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon cream (I have used Amul cream)
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • salt (as per taste)

  • 1 melted butter (table spoon)
