  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ((about 1-1/4 lbs.))
  • 1/2 cup peanuts (finely chopped)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425°.
    2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, peanut butter, chili sauce, and soy sauce in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet; evenly top with Mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with peanuts.
    3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    This has good flavor but it's missing something. I did omit the chili sauce but I think it seasoning both sides of the chicken breast with salt and pepper would make this dish pop! Will be making again, thank you!!
