  • 80 grams butter

  • milk (12 cl.)
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 onions
  • olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon herb mix (arrabiata)


  1. Boil the salted water.
  2. Reduce heat and add taragna flour.
  3. Cook for thirty minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the butter, ricotta, and milk.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Mix and set aside.
  6. Clean and chop the zucchini, pepper, and onions.
