Directions
- First make the crust. In a food processor add all the ingredients for the crust, pulse a few times until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. If the ingredients don’t seem to bind add 1-2 tbsp of ice water.
- Transfer the mixture on the working surface and use your hands to shape it into a ball. This should be very easy, because the butter will start to melt from the warmth of your hands. Wrap the ball with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 45-60 min or in the freezer for at least 15 min.
- Take the dough out of the fridge, lightly flour your working surface. Using a rolling pin roll the dough about 0,3-0,5 cm thick. Transfer in the buttered tart pan. Prick with a fork and bake for about 25 min in preheated oven at 180C until the crust becomes golden brown. When it’s ready take it out of the oven and let it cool.
