  • 7 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tandoori paste
  • 4 naan bread
  • 2/3 cup chickpeas (canned, rinsed)
  • 1/3 cup red pepper (grilled, slices)
  • 1 bunch broccolini (trimmed)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place a rack over a foil-lined baking pan.
  2. Combine chicken, yogurt and tandoori paste in medium bowl. Mix well.
  3. Place naan on rack. Spoon chicken mixture evenly on naan. Top with chickpeas and pepper.
  4. Toss broccolini with oil. Arrange on naan. Season to taste.
  5. Bake 15-20 mins, until crisp and chicken is cooked through.
