  • 1 cup chinese rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 2 whole cloves (star anise)
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 quart water
  • 2 pounds asian wheat noodles (cooked)
  • 1 handful baby bok choy (spinach, or napa cabbage, if desired)
