My Husband & I made these tacos for a crowd. We grilled them instead of pan fry. They turned out awesome. However, I played around with the slaw and sauuce. I doubled the sauce recipe. I took a pound of mixed cabbage and divided that in half added some cilantro and about 1/3 of the sauce, a few squirts of lime mixed them together and chilled. I used the rest of the cabbage, cilantro, sauce, and lime per the recipe. Everyone loved the pre-mixed slaw.
