juicy, juicy, juicy. added a little more cumin and red pepper rhan the recipe called for.

I made this over the weekend and added 3 tablespoons of brown sugar to the marinade. The men folk loved it! Served it up with some hand mashed baby reds with sautéed garlic. Hands down the best chops I ever made, thanks for the recipe :)
