This turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I did add about 1.75 lbs if ground beef, 2 packets of McCormick Taco Seasoning, and one little 7.5oz tub of Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese, which I stirred into the meat mixer at the very end before stuffing the shells. It was enough to stuff a box of shells & full up a large glass casserole dish. I will definitely be making this again but with 2 jars of the larger sized salsa. DELICIOUS!

I think it turned out well! I made it dairy free by just leaving out the cheese. it was difficult to scoop the mixture into tge shells, though.
