    This was very good. I fixed it in an oven proof skillet so didn’t need to use another dish for the oven. I also didn’t bake it for a full 30 minutes, but the cheese was melted and bubbly.

    Turned out absolutely delicious. Seemed like an odd combination to have pasta with taco. And soup?!? But it all works out great together. Whoever came up with this was having a flash of inspiration that day.

    Overall not super expensive to make. The beef is the only high dollar item really. Not difficult either. I’d say beginner friendly. Although this was pretty good, it tasted a tad over-seasoned. I’d probably use just a little less taco seasoning next time. The soup and undrained can of tomatoes already adds salt to it so I think it’s best to go easy on adding more seasoning.

    I added fresh jalapenos and green onions, used a whole large can of cream of chicken. For the cheese I used the expert pair Kraft with taco seasoning and topped with cayenne and sharp cheddar cheese. For the Velveeta I used a small block of Mexican blend. But overall I was very please with the dish and will be adding into my rotation.I had no leftovers to have the next day.
