  • 1/8 taco seasoning (half of ¼ cup)
  • 1 black beans (15 ounce, drained and rinsed)
  • 15 ounces pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 cup fajita seasoning mix (frozen, three bell peppers mixture with onions)
  • 1/2 chicken (roasted shredded, or 2 chicken breasts, I used a rotisserie chicken)

  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
