i left out the sour cream simply becuase i didnt have any. i used balderson smoked cheddar cheese and kirkland medium organic salsa. sauteed a whole sweet onion with a clove of garlic to begin. amazing supper to make with ingredients already in the fridge!

Considering I'm the worlds worst cook, this was fairly simple to make and tasted good! Kids liked it too. Will continue with this one...

This was good. I would make it again. I used a salsa that was not chunky. Also used onion powder and garlic powder to speed things up. It tastes even better topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
