  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • olive oil (a splash of)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (I always use Franks because it is Paleo)
  • 8 cups kale (chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 8 slices bacon (I used Pederson's Natural Farms Bacon because it is uncured, has no sugar added and is Whole 30 approved)
  • 2 avocado (small, or 1 large, sliced)
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce (Franks)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
