Tasted great. I added the shredded lettuce after it finished baking, plus spoonfuls of sour cream on top. It was very easy to make. I’ll definitely make it again.

quite difficult to eat, next time i wouldnt use mozzarella. i didnt mix my lettuce into the casserole i had it on the plate as a side with some tex mex dips. my kids liked it but for me not so much.

Delicious!!! As I started to make this I remember my uncle use to make this in my childhood, so I decide to drizzle some zesty Catalina on top before putting it in the oven. That definitely gave me the taste I was looking for. One more thing, don’t forget the sour cream!!!

Came out great. My kids absolutely loved it! I waited to add the lettuce and tomatoes till after it baked in the oven. I also added extra Puerto Rican cheese crumbles along with shredded mozzarella and shredded cheddar.

Kids loved it! I did put lettuce and tomato before baking, but also had it to add after....along with sour cream, onions, jalapeño, salsa and cheese I didn’t measure the cheese, I don’t think I put on as much as called for
