It was good. Put lettuce and tomatoes on after baking. Was only my daughter and I so I just made half and saved meat to reheat tomorrow and will add chips to it then so they aren’t soggy. Could top with sour cream, ranch, olives - lots of ways to change it up!

Needs about double the meat mixture to balance out the cheese. I did not put it in the oven with the lettuce and tomatoes on top. i waited until the cheese was melted then added the toppings after taking it out of the oven.

Loved it!!! almost no leftovers. 10 0ut of 10 make it again. I just mush up the hamburger in a little water before browning to get that taco bell consistency. I put 2 small cans of diced tomato and green chilis on the lettuce layer. I didnt mind the cooked lettuce, but if you need crunchy just throw it on after, when serving.

I liked the recipe, but I think it could definitely be improved! Next time I make it I'm going to add onions, banana peppers, and black olives.

I added black beans, rice and salsa. It was amazing! But the doritos do not reheat well, so if you plan on having leftovers, add the chips after you heat it.
