Description

Tabbouleh is a filling and flavorful dish that can be enjoyed as the main star of a meal or a side-dish. Ingredients

200 grams couscous
1 bunch herbs (mixed, mint, lemon thyme, dill, basil, etc.)
1 lemon zest (and juice)
1 handful raisins
1 tomatoes (seeds removed, and cubed)
salt (to taste)
extra-virgin olive oil (to taste)
1 leaf lettuce

Directions

1Prepare the couscous according to the instructions.
2Add a handful of raisins.
3Sprinkle with lemon zest and juice, season with salt, and add the herbs, julienned.
4Season to taste and serve on top of a lettuce leaf.
