  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 package onion soup mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water

Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and form into balls.
  2. Place in a 9x13 inch cake pan in one layer.
  3. Do not brown.
  4. Mix soup and water and pour over meatballs.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
