Tofu was bland and lifeless. Followed the recipe to a T and was disappointed.

I'm was good, it was my first time trying tofu. I think next time I will double the sauce, marinate longer than 20 min and pour 1/2 the sauce over the tofu at the end.

Quick, healthy meal that's flavorful. A household favorite on weekday nights after a busy workday. I used more red pepper to make it spicier.
