  • 2 cups thai basil leaves (loosely packed, from Asian food shops)
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves (loosely packed)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
